To allow sufficient time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate by appointment only. We do our best to accomodate emergency cases for clients whenever possible, which may cause occasional appointment delay. We make a sincere attempt to see each client on time, and we appreciate your understanding. In order to better accomodate both scheduled appointments and true medical emergencies we do offer drop off services- please call us first to make these arrangements.
Patient Arrival Policy
For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms.
All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
Even though we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during visits, they may be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings and other pets. This is one of the reasons we ask you to restrain your pet. Your pets should be placed on a leash or in pet carriers before entering the waiting room.
COVID-19 CHANGES: An assistant will come to your car to collect your pet from you. We will place a slip lead on your dog in addition to your own leash for additional security. All cats must be presented in carriers.
